About

Baylor University's Institute for Aviation Sciences, established in 2019, offers both fixed-wing and helicopter degree tracks in Aviation Sciences. Flight training is conducted through Baylor's partnership with Universal Flight Concepts (UFC) at Waco Regional Airport (KACT), about 20 minutes from campus. The Tecnam fleet includes multiple models offering progressive training from primary through commercial, while Robinson R22 and R44 aircraft power the rotary-wing track which also includes Night Vision Goggle training. Baylor's program prepares students for careers in commercial aviation, corporate flight, and beyond.
