Wright State University launched its School of Aviation in August 2024, offering Bachelor of Science and Associate of Applied Science degrees in Aviation Science and Technology with FAR Part 141 flight training delivered through partner school First Flight Aviation at Dayton-Wright Brothers Airport (KMGY). Named for the pioneering Wright Brothers who called Dayton home, Wright State's program accepts its first students and provides a competitive professional pilot pathway with competitive admissions.
