Higher Ground Helicopters is Ohio's only FAA Part 141 approved helicopter flight school, operating from Dayton-Wright Brothers Airport (KMGY) in Miamisburg and training students from zero flight time to professional Certified Flight Instructor in 10-18 months. The school partners with Sinclair Community College to offer associate and bachelor's degree options alongside helicopter training, with a staff comprised of nearly 80% veterans or program graduates.
