Snohomish Flying Service
About
Snohomish Flying Service (SFS), incorporated in 1950 and located at Harvey Field (S43) in Snohomish, Washington, is one of the Pacific Northwest's most established flight training organizations, operating just 25 miles north of Seattle on the edge of Class B airspace. The school's extensive 18-aircraft fleet spans from a Cessna 152 and Aeronca Champ through glass-cockpit Cessna 172s and a Cessna 182, up to a Beechcraft Duchess for multi-engine instruction — supporting every rating from Sport Pilot through CFII and MEI under both Part 141 and Part 61. SFS is also approved for veteran training benefits and M-1 visa issuance for international students.
