Mission Aviation Training Academy

Mission Aviation Training Academy (MATA), located at Arlington Municipal Airport (KAWO) in Arlington, Washington, exists to train and equip evangelical Christian pilots for missions aviation service worldwide. The school is led by Executive Director Dary Finck and Chief Flight Instructor Vic Santie, offering both FAA Part 141 and Part 61 training pathways from Private Pilot through CFI and CFII certifications. MATA is a non-profit organization with an active social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Vimeo, and also offers guided tours for community and school groups.
