RIVERSIDE FLIGHT ACADEMY

Riverside Flight Academy is an FAA Part 141 certified flight school located at Riverside Municipal Airport (KRAL) in Riverside, California, owned and operated by Chief Pilot Johan Backlund, a commercial airline pilot with over 30 years of aviation experience. The academy operates a fleet of 14 aircraft including 8 Cessna 172s and 2 Tecnam Twins, all equipped with Garmin GPS avionics, and delivers training from Private Pilot through Airline Transport Pilot with more than 20 instructors on staff. In partnership with San Bernardino Valley College, Riverside Flight Academy also offers an Associate Degree in Aviation program open to international students.
