California Baptist University's Department of Aviation Science is a FAA Part 141 certified flight training program located at Riverside Municipal Airport (KRAL) in Riverside, California. The program offers a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Flight, graduating students with approximately 250 flight hours and a pathway toward airline careers, with CBU authorized to credential graduates at 1,000 hours under the airline hiring rule. Students train in a modern fleet of Piper Archers, Arrows, and Seminoles equipped with Garmin G1000 glass cockpits, supported by FRASCA full-motion simulators.
