Sunrise Aviation - Lakeland

Sunrise Aviation's Lakeland campus is situated at Lakeland Linder Regional Airport (KLAL), home of SUN 'n FUN Expo—one of the world's largest airshows—giving students here a uniquely aviation-centric training environment. As part of Sunrise's three-campus Florida network, the Lakeland location offers the same Part 141-certified curriculum and standardized Cessna-and-Piper fleet as the Ormond Beach and Jacksonville campuses, but serves a different segment of Central Florida's large pool of aviation-minded students. The school's proximity to Tampa and Orlando Class B airspace gives Lakeland trainees experience navigating some of Florida's most complex controlled environments during their commercial training.
