Sunrise Aviation - Jacksonville

Sunrise Aviation's Jacksonville satellite operates at Cecil Airport (KVQQ), a former Naval Air Station that offers one of the longest runways in Florida and consistently low traffic—an ideal environment for student pilots building their hours efficiently. As part of Sunrise Aviation's multi-location network, this campus shares the organization's standardized fleet of Cessna 152s, Cessna 172s with G1000 panels, and multi-engine Piper aircraft, giving Jacksonville-area students access to the same quality Part 141 training that has produced Sunrise graduates from more than 50 countries since 1983. The campus also serves Florida State College at Jacksonville students through the college's professional pilot partnership with Sunrise.
