Robert Milton Briggs is an FAA National Designated Pilot Examiner (NDPE) and Specialty Aircraft Examiner based in Garden Valley, Idaho. Briggs holds FAA certifications on record only for helicopters, meaning he is a rotary-wing examiner and does not conduct airplane checkrides. Operating with nationwide authority, he travels throughout the United States to evaluate pilots specifically for all models of the Sikorsky H-60 and S-70 (Black Hawk) series helicopters.
