The Ohio State University Airport Flight Education program, operating out of Ohio State University Airport (KOSU) — the third busiest airport in Ohio — provides FAA Part 141 training to approximately 134 students with a fleet of 20 aircraft and 20 instructors logging over 7,000 flight hours annually. The Center for Aviation Studies offers professional pilot specializations within the College of Engineering and College of Arts and Science degrees, covering certificates from Private Pilot through CFI and Multi-Engine ratings.
