About
George's Aviation Services has been a fixture of Hawaii aviation for decades, operating from the South Ramp of Honolulu's Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (PHNL) at 18 Lagoon Drive. As a one-stop aviation services provider, George's offers FAA-approved Part 141 and Part 61 flight training alongside on-demand inter-island air charter, private scenic tours, and aircraft rental, making it one of the most comprehensive general aviation operations in the Hawaiian Islands.
The school's training fleet spans an impressive range of aircraft: nine Cessna 172 Skyhawks for primary instruction, Diamond and Cirrus singles for glass-cockpit training, Piper Arrows for complex high-performance endorsements, a Piper Seminole for multi-engine ratings, and Piper Navajo Chieftains for advanced twin-engine training and charter operations. A Robinson R22 adds helicopter instruction to the program, making George's among the few Hawaiian flight schools capable of training both fixed-wing and rotorcraft pilots.
Training programs cover the complete FAA certification pathway from Private Pilot through Commercial, Instrument, Multi-Engine, and Airline Transport Pilot, with Part 141 instruction provided through a partnership with Galvin Flight Services Hawaii LLC. The school's location in Honolulu gives students access to some of the most spectacular and diverse flying environments in the world, including overwater navigation, volcanic terrain, and the unique challenges of inter-island and oceanic operations.
