Etheredge Aviation & Flight Training Service LLC, founded and operated by Mark Etheredge, is based at St. Clair County Airport (KPLR) at 537 Airport Road in Pell City, Alabama. The school is certificated under both FAA Part 141 (collegiate and non-collegiate) and Part 61, giving students the flexibility to train on a structured syllabus or a customized schedule depending on their goals and availability.

The school offers comprehensive pilot training from introductory flight through instrument, commercial, and CFI certificates, as well as advanced and accelerated training for pilots looking to move quickly through the professional pilot pipeline. Etheredge Aviation holds a Liberty University affiliation, allowing certain students to pursue academic credit in connection with their flight training. The school is open Monday through Saturday with extended afternoon hours.
