EGLIN AERO CLUB

Eglin Aero Club has been a fixture of the Eglin Air Force Base community since its founding in 1958, growing into one of the largest Air Force aero clubs in the entire branch with an excellent safety record and a diverse, well-maintained fleet. Operating with FAA Part 141 certification and VA approval, the club provides military personnel, contractors, retirees, and their families with affordable access to pilot certificates ranging from Private through Airline Transport Pilot. Located in the heart of the Florida Panhandle at Eglin AFB—home to some of the nation's busiest military airspace—the club's members gain flight experience in a uniquely challenging and realistic environment.
