Russell Hardage, who operates as Andy Hardage, is a Designated Pilot Examiner based in Freeport, Florida, who also serves the Destin and Niceville communities. On record with the FAA, his certifications include private, commercial, and instrument ratings, with aircraft categories for airplane-single-engine-land and airplane-multi-engine-land.
