About
Dover AFB Aero Club serves the aviation community at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware, one of the Air Force's busiest cargo bases and home to the C-17 Globemaster III. Like all Air Force Aero Clubs, it provides a cost-effective path to civilian pilot certificates for active-duty military, reservists, National Guard members, DoD civilians, and retirees. The club operates with FAA Part 141 authorization, offering members a structured route to earning their Private Pilot and Instrument ratings in a supportive, mission-oriented community.
