Yuri James Milner is a distinguished FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) and the co-founder of Riverside Flight Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. With an aviation career spanning over two decades, Milner has become a cornerstone of the regional flight training community, operating primarily out of the Richard Lloyd Jones Jr. Airport (KRVS).
