Sean Edward Howard is a distinguished aviation professional and FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) based in Richmond, Kentucky. He currently serves as the Chief Flight Instructor for Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) Aviation, where he oversees the training and safety of over 200 student pilots.
