Sean Edward Howard

Sean Edward Howard is a distinguished aviation professional and FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) based in Richmond, Kentucky. He currently serves as the Chief Flight Instructor for Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) Aviation, where he oversees the training and safety of over 200 student pilots. Howard’s career is defined by his commitment to collegiate aviation and his leadership within one of the region’s most prominent Part 141 flight programs.
