Roger Geoffrey Woods is a distinguished FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, serving the Philadelphia Flight Standards District Office (FSDO). His professional aviation career began with 24 years of service in the British Army Air Corps, where he conducted a diverse range of fixed-wing and rotary-wing missions including VVIP charters, emergency medical services (EMS), and special operations.
