Joseph Scarcella

Joseph Scarcella is a distinguished FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) and aviation educator based in Beaumont, California, serving the Inland Empire and greater Southern California region. His aviation career began in the early 1980s, and he has since developed a reputation for technical excellence and professional integrity. Dr. Scarcella holds multiple advanced ratings, including Gold Seal Certified Flight Instructor (CFI, CFII, MEI) for both airplanes and gliders, as well as Advanced and Instrument Ground Instructor certifications.
