James Brian Griffin

James Brian Griffin is an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) based in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, serving the Philomath and McMinnville areas under the Portland Flight Standards District Office (FSDO NM-09). As a rotorcraft-only examiner, he does not conduct airplane checkrides. His authorizations are strictly helicopter-specific, allowing him to administer practical tests for Private, Commercial, Instrument, Flight Instructor, Flight Instructor Instrument, and Competency ratings.
