Allen Dale Harper, known professionally as "Dale Harper," is a highly respected FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) based in Port Orange, Florida. Operating primarily out of the iconic Spruce Creek Fly-In community (7FL6), Harper has been a pillar of the Central Florida aviation landscape for several decades.
