About
Vermont Flight Academy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization at Burlington International Airport (KBTV) in South Burlington, Vermont, holds the distinction of being Vermont's only FAA-approved Part 141 flight school and one of the few in New England. With a fleet of 13 aircraft including Cessna, Piper, and Citabria airplanes backed by three FAA-approved flight simulators, the academy provides comprehensive training from Private Pilot through ATP certification. Vermont Flight Academy also partners with Vermont State University (formerly Vermont Technical College) to provide the flight training component of their Professional Pilot Technology B.S. degree program.
