SkyDuo Flight Academy was founded in 2017 by a flight instructor and a student pilot who had just completed their own training, driven by a desire to create the learning environment they wished had existed when they started. Today those founders have evolved into an airline captain and an aviation manager—a pair of origin stories that shape SkyDuo's uniquely student-centric approach to training at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (KOPF). Operating with both Part 141 and Part 61 certification, SkyDuo provides one-on-one personalized instruction in a flexible, schedule-accommodating format that aims to maximize efficiency and minimize the total cost to reach your certificate.
