Rising Wings Aviation Inc, located at Casper/Natrona County International Airport (KCPR) in Casper, Wyoming, is a locally owned and operated flight school providing Private Pilot through CFI/CFII training in a fleet that includes technologically advanced Cirrus aircraft.
