RAIDER AVIATION LLC

Raider Aviation LLC opened its doors at Slaton Municipal Airport (F49), about 10 miles southeast of Lubbock, to help address the growing pilot shortage in West Texas. Founded by Jim and Ruth Pylant with Chief Instructor and Director of Maintenance Morgan Pylant (CFI, CFII, MEI, A&P/IA), the school emphasizes personalized instruction in a relaxed environment. In addition to flight training from Private Pilot through CFI, Raider Aviation also operates private charter flights for the region, including a Cessna Citation for longer-range trips.
