ISLA GRANDE FLYING SCHOOL AND SERVICE CORPORATION
About
Isla Grande Flying School has been a family-owned aviation training institution since 1953, making it one of the oldest continuously operating flight schools in the Caribbean. Located on the North Ramp of Fernando L. Ribas-Dominicci Airport (TJIG) in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the school earned the distinction of becoming the world's first international Cessna Pilot Center in 2001. As an FAA-approved Part 141 school with a diverse fleet of Cessna trainers and a Piper Arrow, IGFS offers comprehensive pilot training from Private Pilot through Airline Transport Pilot certificates in a uniquely tropical training environment.
