About
Utah State University's Aviation Technology program is a Part 141 flight school operating at Logan-Cache Airport (KLGU), Brigham City Airport, and Price Airport, with the main program just 10 minutes from the Logan campus. The program awards a BS in Aviation Technology with tracks in Professional Pilot (fixed-wing and rotorcraft), Maintenance Management, and Aviation Management with UAS or Airport Operations emphasis. Students build approximately 250-300 flight hours in Diamond DA40 glass-cockpit aircraft. The fixed-wing program reached capacity at Logan campus for fall 2025, reflecting strong demand.
