Colorado Northwestern Community College has offered flight training in Rangely, Colorado for over fifty years, making it one of the most established aviation programs in the Rocky Mountain region. Operating out of Rangely Airport (4V0), which the college manages, CNCC provides Part 141 certified training that qualifies graduates for reduced airline hours under the FAA rules. The program combines an Associate of Applied Science in Aviation Technology with hands-on flight instruction, giving students a cost-effective pathway to professional aviation careers in a low-traffic, rural flying environment.
