Civic Helicopters in Carlsbad has been training helicopter pilots for over 20 years from Palomar Airport (KCRQ), welcoming students from 35+ countries including foreign military operators and conducting training for Robinson Helicopter Company and the USAF Test Pilot School at Edwards AFB. The school operates a diverse fleet including Robinson R22/R44, Bell 206/505, Hughes 300C, and Schweizer 300C helicopters for training from Private through ATP.
