About

Revv Aviation's Council Bluffs, Iowa campus operates at Council Bluffs Municipal Airport (KCBF), serving as both a Part 141 and Part 61 flight school and a full-service Fixed Base Operator providing maintenance, avionics, charter, and fuel services. The school's formal partnership with the University of Nebraska-Omaha brings structured degree-track aviation training to the Omaha metro area, with approximately 120 enrolled students making it one of the larger collegiate aviation programs in the region.

As part of Revv Aviation's nine-location national network—formerly known as Advanced Air—the Council Bluffs campus benefits from standardized training procedures, shared resources, and a large pool of certified flight instructors. The network collectively has trained over 3,000 students and employs more than 59 CFIs across all locations. Students can access training from private pilot through Airline Transport Pilot, covering every endorsement and rating listed in FAR Part 61 and beyond.

Revv Aviation's Council Bluffs FBO status means students train in a full-service aviation environment, gaining familiarity with professional FBO operations alongside their flight training. The school's maintenance and avionics capabilities ensure well-maintained training aircraft, while charter operations give advanced students exposure to real-world commercial flying. This combination of resources makes Revv Council Bluffs one of the most comprehensive aviation training and services operations in the Omaha-Council Bluffs region.
