Academy of Aviation - Atlanta
About
The Academy of Aviation's Atlanta campus, situated at Peachtree City's Falcon Field Airport (KFFC), is the Georgia hub of one of the most recognized Part 141 flight training organizations on the East Coast. Founded with a mission to produce airline-ready pilots through structured, efficient training, AOA's Atlanta location carries forward the same rigorous standards and curriculum used across all of its campuses.
The school trains in a fleet of Cessna 172 Skyhawks equipped with Garmin G1000 glass cockpits for single-engine instruction, and Diamond DA42 twin-engine aircraft for multi-engine and advanced training. This modern fleet ensures students graduate with proficiency in the type of glass-panel avionics used throughout the regional and major airline industry. AOA's Part 141 approval means students can qualify for the restricted ATP certificate with fewer total flight hours.
The Atlanta campus participates in prestigious airline pathway programs, including the Delta Air Lines Propel Pilot Career Path Program and the Republic Airways RJet Cadet Program, giving qualified graduates a clear and accelerated route to careers with Delta, United, and American Airlines. AOA graduates are flying with major airlines worldwide, and the school's career-focused culture, combined with its proven curriculum, makes it one of the top choices for aspiring professional pilots in the southeastern United States.
