Rodney Anderson, a veteran U.S. Army-trained helicopter pilot, co-founded the flight training and commercial helicopter operations company HeliStream, Inc. in 1982. Based out of Circle Air at Gillespie Field in El Cajon, California, Anderson has built a career centered on military-structured training and safety, which includes serving as a factory-approved safety instructor for the Robinson Helicopter Company. He accumulated over 11,000 rotorcraft flight hours by 1997, and his experience spans operating a diverse fleet of helicopters, coordinating aerial firefighting missions with UH-60A Black Hawks, and volunteering as crew chief for veteran flights during the 2010 Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association Conference. As a Designated Pilot Examiner, Anderson conducts Private, Commercial, Instrument, ATP, and Flight Instructor checkrides in helicopters.
