Matthew David Morgan Evans

Matthew David Morgan Evans serves as an Instructor Pilot at the Airbus Training Center in Grand Prairie, Texas, where he has been actively instructing since at least April 2015. Operating out of the Airbus Helicopters Inc. facility, Evans conducts advanced transition, currency, and emergency procedures training, specializing in maneuvers like power-recovery and full-touchdown autorotations in helicopter models such as the Eurocopter/Airbus EC120. In his role as a Designated Pilot Examiner, Evans conducts private, commercial, and instrument rating helicopter practical tests, and is also authorized to administer H160-B type ratings and 14 CFR 61.58 pilot proficiency checks.
