Joaquin Rodriguez Ortiz

Joaquin Rodriguez Ortiz is an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner based in Manatí, Puerto Rico, who specializes exclusively in helicopter operations under the San Juan FSDO. Because his FAA certifications on record are limited to private pilot and certified flight instructor with rotorcraft ratings, he serves solely as a helicopter examiner and does not conduct airplane checkrides.
