Howard William Wolvington

Howard William Wolvington is a highly esteemed FAA Designated Pilot Examiner and the 2014 National Flight Instructor of the Year. Based in Genoa, Nevada, he has amassed more than 18,000 flight hours, including over 13,000 hours of dual instruction given. Since his appointment as a DPE in 2014, he has administered more than 1,500 practical tests across multiple certificate levels. His credentials include an Airline Transport Pilot certificate and Gold Seal CFI, CFII, and MEI ratings. He is particularly renowned for his expertise in Technically Advanced Aircraft (TAA) and modern glass cockpits, having served as a Cirrus Standardized Instructor for over a decade.
