David Campbell Lewis, based in Allen, Texas, grew up on a farm in New Zealand, where a ride in an MD500 helicopter at age ten sparked his pursuit of aviation. He later relocated to the United States to complete his flight training in North Texas, ultimately accumulating approximately 19 years of aviation experience flying various airframes across the country.
