Anthony David Brooks

Anthony David Brooks, known within the aviation community as Tony, is a veteran pilot and FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) based in Monticello, Kentucky. Operating primarily out of Wayne County Airport (EKQ), he serves as a critical resource for the Louisville Flight Standards District Office (FSDO).
