Alexander Quinn Waterloo is a distinguished FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) and aviation safety professional based in Forest Park, Illinois. He is also a Lead Safety Representative for the FAASTeam, where he frequently conducts interactive seminars on risk management, weather theory, and advanced flight planning tools like ForeFlight.
