Adrian Konrad Krupa is a distinguished FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) and Senior Assistant Chief Flight Instructor based in Murphysboro, Illinois. With over twenty years of experience in the aviation industry, Krupa has been a cornerstone of the Southern Illinois University (SIU) Carbondale flight program since joining the faculty in 2007. His career at SIU, where he also earned his degree in 2001, has focused on maintaining high academic and safety standards while mentoring the next generation of professional aviators at the Southern Illinois Airport (KMDH).
Krupa holds an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate along with CFI, CFII, and MEI instructor ratings. As an examiner, he specializes in Private, Commercial, and Instrument ratings, as well as Multi-Engine designations.
